Last Saturday was my grandma-in-law’s (uncle’s wife’s mom) funeral, it was a sad day. After the funeral I needed to get away from the sadness so I went out and took a walk to cool off. RIP.

New York Fashion Week Fall 2009 Day 7 (02.19.2009) was quite tough for me as I mentioned I was quite sick, missed Tommy Hilfiger and Ports 1961 but if I went I think I would of died! Instead, I went to the doctor’s since I was running a fever and crazy sore throat, I had to drag myself out of bed it was horrible! The doc gave me a cold shot and meds so I headed home to nap for a good few hours, afterward I was a bit refreshed but not full recovered. But I did make it out to the Badgley Mischka Couture fragrance launch, Custo Barcelona Fall 2009 fashion show and LeSporstsac 35th Anniversary Party. It was so warm in the afternoon, then when I went out the wind started picking up, was sorta freezing my ass off in the H&M jacket, but hey everyone liked it so that made up for that. This concludes my New York Fashion Week, until next season…

I was basically half dead yesterday morning, after going to the doctor’s and getting a shot and popping a few pills I got a lil well to go out and work. A quick outfit post from New York Fashion Week Fall 2009 Day 6 (02.18.2009), missed 3 shows but it’s all good but I ended up going to Vivienne Tam (liveblogged a pic of me and VT there) and Erin Wasson x RVCA. So happy to see Erin Wasson, Gossip Girl Leighton Meester and Alexander Wang, it was all the “cool” kids in one room!
I’m kinda obsessed with my sequin leggings, got so many people coming up to me asking me where I got it and shooting pics of it. The rain didn’t stop me from rockin’ these babies out and my infrared pumps, still one of my favorites! I’ll be wearing the sequin leggings until all the sequins fall out haha!

Yesterday, New York Fashion Week Fall 2009 Day 5 (02.17.2009) was pretty crazy. Went to four shows, Pamella Roland (Bryant Park, Salon), CHOCHENG (Bryant Park, Salon), Tibi (Bryant Park, Promenade) and Baby Phat by Kimora Lee Simmons (Gotham Hall). In between shows at the Tent I chilled at the TRESemme lounge and caught up with Leigh (Siren) and my friend Diana (NY Mag). I’ll update soon with all four shows I covered, stay tuned!

I was running late as usual to my first show so I just basically threw on what I saw in sight haha. It was a busy day on New York Fashion Week Fall 2009 Day 4, went to Donna Karan, Toni Maticevski and William Rast (pics/finale video to come)- missed a few shows and presentations because shows were running late.
