Kept it low key on Friday since I was still sick, went out for a quick lunch at Pomodoro, another one of my favorite spots! Broke out a couple of my Christmas gifts, new jeans and a new bag! I always wanted this Miu Miu Coffer Bag but didn’t want to drop the loot for it, now I got it for Christmas- luvs it!

Can’t believe it’s 2009 already, last year seemed to have flown by! On new year’s day I was still sick, but today I’m a lot better- at least I don’t feel weak but I’m still very sleepy from my meds! Anyway, on Jan 1st I decided to leave my house for some Joe’s Shanghai, was craving I had to have it. Afterward, went by to momofuku Bakery to get some desserts, Minya was really sweet to give me a giftcard - super yummy.

It’s the new year so I broke out my new Ann Demeulemeester Triple Lace-Up Flat Tall Boots that B got me for Christmas, its so dope- I heart it!

I stayed low key on Christmas Day with my family, just had family dinner and chilled at home for the rest of the night. The day after Christmas did some shopping at 5th Avenue then off to meet up with my friend Colleen from Aldo visiting from Canada and her sis Irene- went to dinner at one of my favorite spots, Sapporo East (thanks for dinner Colleen). Then stopped by to the Momofuku Bakery to grab some desserts (yummy!) to head up to Irene’s apt, met everyone there and the Colleen’s cutey doggie Stella! Had lots of fun, hope to see you guys soon!

When I got home that night I started to feel sick and the next morning I had a fever and a cold! Till today (12.30) I’m still sick, went to the doc’s but still not well yet. Hopefully I’ll be well enough to celebrate New Year’s Eve tomorrow night! The weather is seriously playing games!

Pearl, Valaya, Susanna, Me, Doris and Kathy

Went out last Thursday to celebrate my friend Valaya’s birthday at Pranna restaurant, the food was surprisingly good and the ambiance was great too. The reason I say that is because we (me and my gurls) had made a lot of bad choices this year for birthday dinners haha! It was fun times, except for the pouring rain that night!

On Thanksgiving I spent the day with my family, we had dinner at one of my favorite Chinese restaurants, Wo Hop. After dinner I spent the night chillin’ at home with my family and watching dvds, it was a chill day. I was also taking advantage of the long weekend to rest up, I’ve been really beat these past couple of months but I’m not complaining I love being busy. I rocked my Nine West Markeson Boots (thanks for the sample Whitney) for the entire day and they’re really comfy, the best thing was my feet didn’t hurt. Pretty nice boots, I’m thinking of getting the grey pair too, but then again I have way too many shoes to get the same style.

When 4am struck I went down to NSW with YM to check out the release of the Black Friday Air Force 1s that DJ Clark Kent designed (lucky we don’t have to wait, the line outside was crazy)- pretty dope shoe but I’m hatin’ b/c the ladies never really get hot shoes. But Clark Kent hinted our time will come soon haha!

On Sunday, after a late lunch at Freeman’s with B, Simone and Jan we went shopping in Soho. Bought a few things and used up my giftcards as well haha. Afterward, went over to chill at Jan and Simone’s crib- Simone cooked some Jamaican food for dinner, really good shit! Thanks Simone!
