This past Sunday, March 8th, was a really tough day, saying goodbye forever to an old friend of mine is not easy. Went to my friend Tony Wong and his gf Anna’s wake in Chinatown, it was a very sad time. At the wake I cried my eyes out, saw Tony for one last time and there were lots of old friends there sharing the same mourning. This is my second wake in my lifetime, the first was my grandfather’s and I hope this time will be my last. To see a friend pass at such an early age is such a heartache, I hope Tony and Anna both rest in peace. Tony, although you will not be here anymore, you will not be forgotten. R.I.P.
After the wake I walked around before going home, something my mom told me to do. Not sure exactly what it means but it helped soothe my feelings and calmed my mood. At the end of the day, we all need to set our feelings aside and get back to work. Went to the Freshness office to pick up a few things and worked on some stuff. At the office there was the KAWS OriginalFake Companion Be@rbrick 1000%, super cute!

Hey Retrogurl,
Very Sorry for your loss. It’s always hard to lose good, long-time friends and/or family and especially at a young age. I watched the news and saw the story about the fire and seen the footage and started to pray silently to myself just watching it…May they Both Rest In Peace.
